1) Loans (Borrowing) from institutions such as the IMF, World Bank, EBRD

2) Joint ventures with Foreign Banks- who finance projects,companies etc

3) Raising capital in the capital markets- e.g. bonds etc

4) Foreign direct investment from multinationals which can be joint ventures, licencing, etc

5) Foreign Aid
